1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services.infinitydomainhost.com ("Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you represent a business, you warrant authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
We are a multivendor marketplace connecting users with independent service providers ("Providers") offering:
Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing services
Emergency and scheduled repairs
Nationwide coverage across Uganda
3. User Accounts
a) Providers: Must be licensed by relevant Ugandan authorities and maintain active insurance.
b) Clients: Must provide accurate contact information.
c) Security: You are responsible for account activity. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Booking & Payments
a) Fees:
Service charges set by Providers
Platform commission: 5 - 15% per transaction
b) Payment Methods:
MTN/Airtel Mobile Money
Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe)
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Party Policy
Client >48hrs: Full refund
<48hrs: 50% refund
No-show: No refund
Provider Must give 24hr notice; Platform will reassign client
Platform Full refund if service not rendered within agreed timeframe
6. Dispute Resolution
a) Mediation: Email disputes@services.infinitydomainhost.com within 7 days.
b) Escalation: Unresolved disputes referred to Relevant Authorities.
c) Limitation: Claims must be filed within 90 days of service completion.
7. Liability Limitations
a) Platform: Not liable for:
Provider work quality
Injuries/damages during service
Third-party equipment failures
b) Clients: Responsible for site access and safety compliance.
8. Intellectual Property
a) Platform content (logos, text, UI) is owned by Infinity Domain Host Ltd.
b) Provider-generated content (project photos) may be used for marketing unless opted out.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Multiple service complaints
Non-compliance with Ugandan regulations
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Ugandan law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kampala courts.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check services.infinitydomainhost.com/terms for latest version.
